M&D means Meg & Dia, the band. Meg Frampton and Dia Frampton, they are sisters... but not twins! They also have 3 more members of the band, Nicholas Price, Jonathan Snyder (formerly of Madison) and Carlo Gimenez! Meg & Dia is an Americian Rock band made in 2004.  In 2005, Meg & Dia released their first album, Our Home Is Gone. At the time, the band consisted of just the two Frampton sisters, and the album's tracks were mostly acoustic songs. Meg played guitar and provided back-up vocals while Dia sang.
